As business strategy and product leader, at both healthcare start-ups and large, established organizations, I have used consumer research paired with insightful business strategy to deliver new and delightful consumer experiences. My work combining the two has delivered growth strategies that empowered C-suite leaders to make informed choices and achieve material results.

I have lead innovation pilots at large healthcare organizations, including an integrated primary care/ health insurance pilot that reduced new patient on-boarding from weeks to days. I also spent time at a venture funded healthcare start up launching new clinics that deliverer on both in-person and asynchronous virtual care within a unique customer experience platform.
My goal is to work with interesting, creative people solving tough problems, to deliver value to customers and sustainability to the business.
